Saudi Desert Control ("SDC", "we") processes personal data in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and in line with international best practice. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

2. What we collect

When you contact us via our website, we collect: name, organization, email, phone (optional), country, project type, timeline and the content of your message. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Our analytics (Plausible) is cookie-less.

3. Why we collect it

To respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a pilot proposal. We will not use your data for unsolicited marketing or share it with third parties other than our parent licensor Desert Control AS where operationally required.

4. How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are retained for 36 months, then archived or deleted. You may request deletion earlier at any time.

5. Your rights

Under PDPL you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, email office@saudidesertcontrol.com.
