3. No warranty on figures

Statistics on water savings, yield, and duration reflect outcomes observed in past engagements and published research. Real-world performance depends on soil, crop, climate, and irrigation conditions and is quantified on a per-project basis during Discovery.

4. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Riyadh.
